During the prayer and worshipdance lessons, we focus on praising and worshiping Jesus, improvisation and prayer while dancing. We also do choreography and technique exercises (ballet, contemporary and jazz dance).
We get to know each other and perform dance in the light of the Word of the Bible.
By dancing, we make contact with God, ourselves and each other. The lessons are suitable for all ages. Welcome!

The aim of the course "Body as a everyday life recourse" is to strengthen the relationship with ourselves, our own body and other people through various body methods such as body awareness, breathing, relaxation and imagery exercises and movement experiments.
We practice recognizing different emotions in the body and using the body and movement to regulate mood changes, stress, recovery, different emotions and memories. Depending on the wishes of the group, we may also use pair work, body care methods, reflective writing and visual arts in dealing with the themes. The course does not require any previous experience, skills or fitness level - it is enough that you have a body that can breathe. Welcome!

The workshops costs are case-specific and will be agreed more precisely with client on an event basis and hopes for the group. Price will be based on its nature, length, number of people and preparation.
